Create your club account and start arranging fixtures in four simple steps.

1. Download Play Us

Access Play Us on your preferred device.

  • Web App: Play Us
  • iOS App: Play Us App
  • Android App: Play Us App

2. Create Your Account

Register your details, club name and location through our Registration Portal.

Once you’ve submitted your registration, you’ll receive a verification email. This will guide you through creating your password.

After completing these steps, you can access your Club Portal by visiting club.playus.ie in your web browser.

When you log in for the first time, please check that your club location is correct, as this helps clubs connect with nearby teams for fixtures.

You’ll also notice five additional email addresses linked to your account. These are reserved for Play Us administration purposes and don’t require any action from your club.

3. Choose Your Package

Select the package that best suits your club.

  • Team Essential – 1 Team (€50/year)
  • Club Standard – 2–12 Teams (€150/year)
  • Club Premium – 13–30 Teams (€300/year)

4. Add Teams & Coaches

Create your teams, assign coaches and start arranging fixtures through your Club Admin Panel.

Once your teams are set up, you’re ready to connect with other clubs, organise challenge games and give your players more opportunities to play.

How to add teams

Scroll down to the bottom of your admin panel.

Select the age and
grade of the team
you want to add.

Choose the sport

Enter the number
of players in the
panel (approximately).

By clicking on the plus sign you can add as many teams as you like, after you have inputted the information click on update. Once you have your teams selected, you can give users access to other teams in your club.

How to assign coaches (Users) to teams

Simply go to your dashboard which is the green box on the top left corner of your screen. You will notice that there are four icons here which cover your
profile, games associated with your club, coaches and password.

Click on the coach icon

Select add

Enter the coaches email address

Select the coaches team

Click on “save”. This will generate an automatic email to the coach allowing them to set up a password to access Play Us
